In the process of communicating with Secretary Li, Chairman Zhou learned that Xiadang Village in Fujian is located in the depths of the mountains, with high mountains and steep roads, blocked traffic, and the lives of the people are very difficult. It is a very poor village. When the general secretary was working in Fujian, he once "three into the party". When he first arrived in Xiadang Village, Chairman Zhou received careful guidance from Zeng Shoufu, the Organization Department of the Fujian Provincial CPC Committee, who was suspended in the next party. After a careful and serious investigation and visit to Xiabang Village, Zhou Dong creatively adopted the rental tea garden model to launch the country's first "Love Tea Garden" and created the "Taste of Going to the Countryside" tea brand. At present, the scale of the "Love Tea Garden" continues to expand, and the income per mu has also increased from 2400 yuan before 2014 to 6000 yuan, attracting more than 100 young migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses, and caring people from all over the country have come to visit and study. This has led to the development of 8 farmhouse restaurants and more than 10 homestay hotels. In 2018, Xiadang Township received 150000 tourists from all over the country, with a collective income of 350000 yuan and a per capita net income of 13560 yuan.
