Xiadang Village, Fujian

Xiadang Village, Shouning County, Fujian Province, is an old revolutionary base area. And through the "Internet + Internet of Things + traditional agriculture" model started the "taste of the countryside" tea brand. At present, the scale of love tea garden has reached 600 mu, and the benefit per mu has increased from 2400 yuan in the past to about 6000 yuan, increasing the net income of local farmers by 2 million yuan every year. At the end of 2016, the "customized love tea garden" of the next party was selected by the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council as one of the 12 typical cases of accurate poverty alleviation in the country. At the end of 2017, the last batch of poor households in Xiadang Township were all lifted out of poverty, and the per capita net income of farmers reached 11783 yuan. Fuping County, Shaanxi Province

In 2016, at the symposium on the participation of model workers and entrepreneurs in targeted poverty alleviation organized by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Chairman Zhou Shanhong signed a cooperation agreement with the Fuping County Government of Shaanxi Province, determined to help Laomiao Town and Daxian Town in the county through the development of characteristic industries. Since then, the peppercorns of Manmachi Village no longer rely on foreign peppercorns to buy at a low price, but are all bought by the cooperative at a price higher than the market price. At the end of 2016, the income of pepper planting per mu was increased by 1500 yuan, and the collective income of the village reached 300000 yuan. In 2018, the average benefit of 1000 mu of pepper field in the cooperative doubled by 100 to 8000 yuan. The following year, the per capita net income increased to 9000 yuan, and 508 people from 159 poor households in the village were all lifted out of poverty. The existing pepper planting area in Manding Village has grown from more than 1300 mu in 2017 to more than 2800 mu, driving the town The pepper planting area reached 20000 mu, and the wild grass "prairie" that used to "see the harvest" has become the real "gold" for getting rid of poverty and becoming rich today ".

Yangzhou Guocun Town Zhangni Village

Guocun Town, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province is an old revolutionary base area. Zhangni Village in the town has a total area of 4752 mu and an area of 1999 mu of arable land. A total of 727 households, the existing population of 2687 people, no village-run enterprises, is a municipal economic weak village. In 2016, there were 32 low-income farmers in the village, of which 13 were poor due to illness, 6 were poor due to disability, and the remaining 13 were poor due to the lack of labor. At the end of 2016, Zhou Shanhong, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Wanshun Group, took the initiative to form a helping pair with Zhang Ni Village and took up the post of deputy secretary of the village free of charge.

Through on-the-spot investigation, the Party Committee of Wanshun Group and the General Party Branch of Zhang Ni Village signed a village-enterprise joint construction agreement to determine the industrial poverty alleviation ideas according to local conditions. Wanshun invested 6 million yuan to help Zhang Ni Village register and establish Yangzhou Guocun Town Shanhong Fruit and Vegetable Agricultural Land Joint Stock Cooperative, assist in the construction of Yangzhou City's first 18-span elevated greenhouse and 100 mu of green rice fields, and build an efficient ecological agricultural industrial park. With the purpose of covering the risks of enterprises and ensuring the increase of people's income, we will develop efficient agriculture to increase villagers' income through land circulation and attracting farmers' participation in shares. The project also includes a series of industries such as ecological fish ponds, fruit and vegetable picking, agricultural sightseeing, and farmhouse folk catering. In addition, priority will be given to attracting local poor households to join them as "agricultural workers". In 2017, 30 mu of organic strawberry planting greenhouses were built. In that year, the village achieved strawberry sales of more than 400,000 yuan. In 2019, the village's collective income increased by more than 1.2 million yuan, doubling in three years. All 32 poor families in the old revolutionary base area were lifted out of poverty, thus successfully removing the poverty cap.
