Employment is the greatest livelihood, and employment stability is the cornerstone of economic and social stability. In terms of enterprise employment, Wanshun Group has always absorbed and promoted the employment of the poor to the maximum extent. The group has an "iron rule": how to expand its business, how to adjust its industry, how to innovate its technology, and how to absorb the largest number of rural labor force. Over the years, Wanshun Group has successively set up labor export bases in poverty-stricken areas in Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Fujian, Hebei, Gansu and other places, and recruited young people from poor families and graduates from vocational and technical schools to participate in training in the group. After the completion of technical studies, let them go to Wanshun Group's branches across the country for employment, or recommend to other employment enterprises for employment.



By the end of 2020, more than 5000 peasant children from poverty-stricken areas in remote areas across the country had a stable job in the group, with a per capita annual income of more than 60000 yuan. The group has also reached "order-based" training agreements with relevant vocational schools and technical schools to attract more than 600 graduates from poor areas. These workers have accounted for 1/3 of the company's total number of employees and have become the "iron army" of Wanshun Group's production line ".
