Zhou Shanhong, chairman of the enterprise and deputy to the National People's Congress, said that with the development of the enterprise, it has touched the "ceiling" of the industry. At the two sessions of the National People's Congress this year, the leaders of the State Council asked to give full play to the main role of enterprises in technological innovation when they participated in the deliberation of the Jiangsu delegation. At present, the domestic related industries use imported similar products, which are expensive. However, the quality of the products developed can reach the same type of products in Europe and the United States, but the price is much cheaper.

In the future, we will also adopt flexible talent introduction measures to allow university experts and professors to become engineers in enterprises, and at the same time, we will also invest in growing scientific research projects." Zhou Shanhong said that the enterprise has set up a project risk fund to accommodate innovation failure. All cooperative projects will share the results after success, and the failure will be borne by the risk fund.
